Why at first, a person seems so perfect?
Because, you have no expectations.
Because, you’re starting from blank.

Then that person builds up a certain interest in you, keeps the entertainment high.
That person goes beyond their limits to please you, to prove you how much of a good person they are.

And once you give in, that person realises they’ve got you in their web.
That person has your acquaintance.


The only part you forgot here is;
you’ll never have my acquaintance.

I’m easy come, easy go.
And just when you’ll think you have a good grip on me, I’ll slide between your fingers like sand.
